Post difficulties on Horizon site
Yeah

I have been trying all week to purchase Western Isles... given up now until there is a better way of doing this. Can't log in.. just won't recognise my password etc

Is there anywhere else that this product is on sale.

Yep, you can get it from Earth Simulations available from the end of the month.

Hi chaps,

Sorry to hear you're having problems.

The system's working, so if the store's not letting you in, you're using the wrong log in details.

John, I've PMd you the email address you use in the store. If you've forgotten your password, please simply use the 'Forgotten Password' link.

I suspect you're actually using the details that you use for product registrations. Product Registrations is a different system to the Online Store, so unless you used the same details, it won't let you in.

Kind regards,

Paul

Bully,

If you're struggling, please could you just email support@horizonsimulation.com with a few more details? Are you sure you have an account with the online store? Have you purchased anything from Horizon in the past?

If you've just registered your products with Horizon, you won't have set up an account with the online store.

Kind regards,

Paul

What a waste of time, i only registered here to try fix a problem..................guess what?........yea, by the time someone allowed me to join i found my answers elsewhere, the whole verification waiting thing is a bit of a joke in this day and age, there are ways to keep spambots out without making it difficult for valid customers
