Discount codes issued by Playhorizon.co.uk (Playsims Publishing Ltd) may be used in this store. Further information about discount codes follows hereunder.

A discount code is an alpha-numeric code that may be used by a customer of this website to obtain a discount on their order. Such discounts may either be a percentage, a specific monetary value off the price displayed on our website, or free-shipping discounts.

Discount codes are issued at the discretion of Playsims Publishing Ltd only. From time to time we may email our newsletter subscribers with discount codes that they may use to obtain a discount on products in our online store.

1. Redeeming discount codes is quite atraightforward. Simply place the full price item you would like to purchase into your shopping cart and proceed through the checkout.

2. In Stage 2 of 3, you will find a box in which to enter your discount code (we generally recommend copying ('<crtl>'+'C') and pasting ('<crtl>'+'V') codes into this box in order to prevent mis-typing (some codes may be quite long).

3. If your discount code is valid for your order, when you continue through to Step 3 of 3 of the checkout process, you will find the discount code has reduced your order total.

4. Please note, if this is not the case, then you should took to the top of the page for any errors regarding your code, and/or go back to Step 2 of 3 to try re-entering you code. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact Customer Support.

5. DO NOT confirm Step 3 of 3 if your discount code has not been accepted.

1. Discount codes issued by Playhorizon.co.uk may be restricted to allow only the purchase of specific products (e.g. VFR Generation X), or to products from specific categories on our website (e.g. FSX Scenery Upgrades).

2. Discount codes are typically restricted to individual customers and may only ever be used once.

3. Only a single discount code may be used against each purchase made through this website.

4. Discount codes always have a limited validity period.

5. In some instances you may not be able to use your discount codes during Sales, or on products that are already sigificantly reduced in price.

6. Discount codes may have a minimum order value.

7. Discount codes may not be exchanged for cash or other store credit.

8. Discounts may not be applied to shipping and handling charges unless otherwise stated.
