Who is entitled to the VFR Generation X Registered User Discount?
Only users of VFR Generation X that have registered their VFR Generation X products with this website are entitled to this discount.
How do I check how much discount has been applied?
You can check the registrations that have been detected and the level of your discount by simply logging in to www.playhorizon.co.uk and clicking the 'My Account' link that appears in the menu at the top of the page.
I've registered my products, but I can't Log In to the website. What should I do?
At present, the Product Registration System and the online store 'Log In' System are entirely separate. If you have not purchased any products from the playhorizon (or Horizon Simulation) website in the past, then you will not have an account and you will need to Register as a 'New Customer' .
I've registered my products, but 'My Account' doesn't list them (all). What should I do?
The online store checks the email address that you used to create your Customer Account with that you used to register your products. If they are different, the system will not be able to detect the products registered and you should Contact Us for assistance, providing your name, your email...

How do I redeem my discount?
Your discount will be applied automatically to the order total displayed in Step 2 of 3 when you check out.
Can I use a Discount Code as well as my VFR Generation X Registered User Discount?
No. Please note that you cannot redeem a Discount Code as well as claim your VFR Generation X Registered User Discount. A Discount Code that is entered in Step 2 of 3 will automatically override the VFR Generation X Registered User Discount.
